How long will it take to receive my order?
Turnaround time varies by product. Please check the Turnaround Time tab on the product page.
Can you rush my order?
If you're short on time, please let us know when you place the order. We'll do everything we can to create, produce and ship your order as soon as possible. To keep the process moving forward, please check your email, and respond promptly when the proof is sent.
Can you guarantee a specific date of arrival?
Because there are a few variables in the process (e.g., when the proof is approved), we guarantee a timeline, rather than a specific date of arrival. Please check the product page for additional information. Turnaround time varies by product.
Will the screen color match the print color?
All displays/devices/monitors are calibrated differently. The color of your printed product may vary slightly from what you see on screen.
Shipping
Is International shipping available?
Yes, all International orders ship USPS First-class Mail. Transit time is normally 1-2 weeks. Duties, taxes, customs or clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Compass Rose Studio is unable to predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied, and therefore, these fees or taxes are not calculated or collected at the time of purchase.
I provided the wrong shipping address! Now what?
If you entered the wrong shipping address at checkout, please notify us via email immediately. We can update the shipping address until proof approval. Addresses cannot be updated following proof approval. Please make sure it is accurate. Compass Rose Studio is not responsible for lost packages if incorrect shipping information was provided.
Proofing
Will I get to see a proof?
Absolutely! PDF proofs are sent via email for all personalized and custom items. Please be sure to enter the correct email address at checkout. We recommend you view them on a computer or tablet. Phone screens are too small to effectively review a proof.
Can you send the proof before I make a purchase?
Customization is included in the purchase price. We are not able to create custom artwork until a purchase has been made. Thank you for your understanding.
How does proof approval work?
Proofs are sent to the e-mail address entered at checkout. If we do not receive a reply within approximately 1 week, we will send a follow-up email. If we still do not receive a reply we reserve the right to proceed with production, put the order on hold or cancel the order. This decision is made at our discretion. Communication is an important part of the design process. When you make a purchase from Compass Rose Studio, kindly plan on reviewing your proof and responding via email.
Can I request revisions?
Of course! Up to 3 proofs (2 rounds of revisions) are included, unless otherwise noted in the item description. Additional proofs will be priced based on the request. Standard revisions may include minor changes to wording, placement and text color. Requests that are beyond what is considered a standard revision (e.g., major changes to wording, layout, font style, etc.) will be priced based on the request. Compass Rose Studio will always get your approval on any additional costs before proceeding.
Why is proofing important?
While we make every effort not to make mistakes, we're human, and every once in a while we miss something. Please review your proof carefully. After proof approval Compass Rose Studio is not responsible for any typos or omissions.
For the best color accuracy, please view your proof in Adobe Acrobat. Proofs should be reviewed on a computer or tablet; a phone screen is too small for effective proofing.
Sending a Gift
Can you include a gift message?
Absolutely! We can include a short (sentence or two) message to the recipient on the packing slip. No pricing information will be included.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We do not offer gift wrapping, but we can include a gift message on the packing slip.
